Prerequisite for the use of EUCABO is the registration which is described in brief:
- Shipper completes the request form and sends it to the TSO
- Shipper and TSOs sign EUCABO agreement
- Platform operator registers the shipper and sends an access authorisation card to the shipper
- Mandatary process where applicable
- Shipper can book capacity through EUCABO
The shipper is completely free to decide if he would like to register with both TSOs or only with one. If the shipper registers with both TSOs the shipper can book capacity through EUCABO by its own. If the shipper decides to register only with one TSO the shipper shall find a counterparty shipper in the adjacent network for making use of EUCABO ("mandatary process"). The shipper is completely free to decide with which TSO he would like to do the registration process.
The relevant GT&Cs for Transport of the respective TSOs shall apply for the capacity booking through EUCABO
